Punch plan to continue to invest throughout the UK in the next financial year.

Member of Parliament for Scarborough and Whitby, Mr Robert Goodwill said: “It’s really great to see that Punch have put so much time, effort and money into my constituency.

“I am incredibly grateful and with the amount of tourist attraction we receive, this will really help all business owners throughout the seaside towns. I have been lucky enough to re-open and visit a number of Punch pubs and I must say, the transformation has been phenomenal.”

Chief Executive Officer of Punch, Duncan Garrood commented: “Competition for customers in the leisure and hospitality industry has never been fiercer and pubs have to keep up in order to remain relevant. Our investment in our Pubs is designed to place them at the centre of their communities and give them every advantage against their competitors.
