Inside the Townhouse, you’ll discover seating for around 100 people, plus lots of standing room, and the décor is of a fashionable and contemporary distinctive style. (We fully refurbished the trading areas in April 2022.)

This pub lends itself perfectly to an outgoing host. You’ll maximise the stage and accompanying dancefloor area for discos and live music. You’ll also set up local teams to take full advantage of the games area to one side with pool, darts, pinball, and AWPs.

You’ll also capitalise on the fantastic function room that holds around 65 people, ideal to hire out for parties and special events.

At the back, you’ll find a fully enclosed, partially covered beer garden with seating for 30+ people. Imagine the cracking events you could organise at this pub to drive new footfall!

The bar boasts an impressive selection of drinks, from well-kept real ales and craft beers to premium spirits, fine wines, and expertly crafted cocktails. There’s something for every palate, making it an ideal spot for a quiet pint or a night out with friends.

Ideal Publican

We’re looking for a talented and experienced publican with energy and vision.

You’ll be a people-person who loves hosting live events and sports, is the life and soul of the pub and you’ll know each regular by name, what they like to drink and where they sit.

You’ll also bring your pub to life on social media and give guests plenty of new reasons to visit your establishment.

Private accommodation

You’ll find an unused manager’s flat on the second floor that we are fully refurbishing.
