Ideal Publican

We’re seeking an experienced, passionate Publican who loves community pubs and people. You’ll be skilled at building wet sales while developing a small food offer. You’ll also be a sports lover, able to forge relationships with local teams and host regular entertainment. With your keen eye for detail and excellent marketing skills, you’ll help us keep customers up to date on the latest happenings at the pub. You’ll inspire your team with a good induction and training program and keep them at the heart of everything you do. You will attract new customers through having a robust marketing plan.
