We’re looking to invest significantly in this pub to drive potential sales and guest ratings and service from the current three out of five to the optimum five stars. That means we’re looking for the talented Publican needed to make this happen.

You’ll be taking the helm of a business with bags of potential. The astute Publican will maximise the undeveloped external trading area. You’ll also have a vision for the main bar with multiple small areas, a spacious, conservatory-style restaurant, and a separate function room with a large external garden trading area.

Ideal Publican

We’re looking for a talented operator with vision. You’ll have bags of energy, be bold enough to experiment with your ideas to promote the business and be an excellent host.

You’ll have a proven record of running a pub business with distinct aspects. Leading from the front, you’ll inspire your team to provide the optimum service, so guests return repeatedly.

Food experience is essential. The Ridgeway Arms has a history of serving delicious dishes. You’ll also know how to drive new football by creating enticing content on your social channels. You’ll have a restless desire to delight every guest.
