Take the reins of a wet-led local that is the hub of its local community. We’re seeking someone who knows their regulars, where they like to sit and what they drink. You’ll be a natural when it comes to banter.
You’ll take full advantage of the Sky and BT Sports, ensuring that locals watch the big matches at your venue, and you’ll have the engaging personality to help create local sports teams, like the already-established women’s darts team. You’ll also love hosting live music events that go down a storm with locals.
You’ll take advantage of the open-plan layout with seating for about 80 people. Hosting events and giving people regular and new reasons to visit will be key here.
Ideal Publican
We’re seeking someone who loves their community and will ensure the Railway is the locals’ hub. You’ll have a track record of organising charity fundraising events to unite your locals. You’ll also love sport and have a proven track record of organising local team events and advertising the big games.
Private Accommodation
The business provides three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge to live onsite and ingratiate yourself with the community.

Our Flexible Tenancy agreement offers a piece of mind approach to running your own pub business for a total term of up to 5-years with a flexible notice period. We also offer flexible price bands and release fees which are available.
