Being currently local would be an advantage, whilst being fastidious about serving a perfect pint is mandatory.
The pub needs a motivator, leader and a natural at spotting talent to bolster the team. You will be a great listener and speaker and someone who relishes getting involved.
You will derive a profound sense of achievement in planning and organising pub events regularly, as an integral part of the community.
These skills are essential to be successful at seasonal trading whilst giving locals a great reason to visit during the winter months.

Old rendered stone building with extensive internal and external trading areas – Restaurant (50 covers) Bar (50 covers) Garden (100 covers). Large kitchen situated behind the bar/ restaurant. Large beer garden with children’s play area. Large car park for 40 cars. Seven en-suite letting rooms. Full refurbishment of trading area, letting rooms, outside trading areas and pub externals.
Accommodation:
Extensive staff accommodation. Two self- contained flats with two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
